Varieties
Several varieties of marroni exist in each production zone. These varieties are given the name of the area where they are grown. The following are among the principal varieties that we prepare, package and sell, and are available for wide consumption: Tuscan-Emilian marroni and Viterbo marroni.
Quality control
We have launched a quality control process for all our products based on the Eurepgap and International Food Standard certificates system. Our aim is to offer our clients an updated product security and tracking systems.

Marroni are prepared, packaged and sold from the third week of October until the fourth week of December, as shown in the following table. |
